WIP: [REF] Downgrade to v10.0

This merge request contains the historic and the commit to run xunnel_account & invoice_xunnel in v10 with the current features.

Some points still are WIP:

• Testing sync transactions in different beaches.
• When installing with data demo the following error is given (ignore my chrome at the background).
