[FIX] Bump invoice_xunnel.

Tulio Ruiz requested to merge vauxoo-dev/xunnel-account:11.0-bump_invoice-truiz into 11.0
  • Changed the bumpversion config so the invoice_xunnel module is bumped too
  • Updated the module version so it have the same as account_xunnel.
