Issue#4 - Use COUNTRY and LANGUAGE env vars when available

Tomás Álvarez requested to merge vauxoo-dev/gitlab_tools:master-country_lang_env_vars-tomeyro into master

Now, if COUNTRY or LANGUAGE env vars are available during the build, they are also set as env vars in the container, and LANGUAGE is passed in the --load-language argument when running Odoo.
