[ADD] First version for the keys helper

Tulio Ruiz requested to merge vauxoo-dev/gitlab_tools:master-check_keys-truiz into master

A little helper to check and add the private keys:

  • Checks for permissions
  • Add the key if any defined
  • Clean the file to ensure it is in the proper format
  • Add the known hosts (so far only github and git.vauxoo.com)
