[REF] *: Enable client and app infor in log

It helps to know the source of the query executed After apply patches in odoo

It will help us to debug better when a query is executed in order to know what process is executing

It is using the pgbadger standard formats in order to avoid changing the command to execute

I tested this configuration and the result was:
