      Before this change the GeoLite2 files had the version name, after this
they will have the expected name for the system packages to properly
identify them.

      We update the Geolite2 packages to the latest versions.

Fixed the issue with gevent failing on install, the parameter
--no-build-isolation was added so it can be properly installed in Ubuntu
22.04
