[FIX] Issue with reportlab.

Just moved odoo pip deps after the sh script so the are installed after the script and not before, thus the newer versions will be updated.

The same in the requirements file And changed the origin to download the repos from vauxoo/odoo instead of odoo/odoo.

After this is merged I'll build all base images, then the customer images.
