[FIX] Revert the change of version since we already updated docker

Tulio Ruiz requested to merge vauxoo-dev/docker-odoo-image:master-fix_use_newer_ubuntu-truiz into master

Since we updated the 2 server we detected the issue we can deploy this version, docker should be in the latest version or at least 20.10.15
