[IMP] odoo-shippable: Don't download get-pip.py several times
requested to merge github/fork/vauxoo-dev/master-dont_download_python_several_times-luisg into master
Currently, the same file is downloaded for each Python version.
This commits causes the file to be downloaded only once.
