[REF] odoo-shippable: Add non root user

TODO: Extra configuration for odoo user

• Add bash configuration fixed from https://github.com/Vauxoo/docker-odoo-image/pull/188
• Allow use /.repo_requirements cache
• Allow use /root/tools script
• Start postgresql service with odoo user
