Feedback and more information in the Accountant dashboard

In the accountant dashboard is needed to:

• In the journal's card, add the last synchronization with Xunnel.com
• In the bank statements add a reference to differentiate manual transactions with Xunnel's ones (at least in debug mode)
• Add a warning for the user informing the online synchronization may duplicate transactions added manually.
